I have a wealth of knowledge in the health and wellness industry. I received my Master's of Science in Nursing from Saginaw Valley State University and have since gone on to work in the healthcare industry for 30+ years.

I am a certified health and life coach, ready to help you take meaningful steps toward personal growth, wellness, mental health, and physical vitality. I achieve success with my clients by leading a community of women who are empowered to be the best versions of themselves.
